Renew a Prescription

Please contact your pharmacy directly for a prescription refill. Ask your pharmacist to fax a refill request to (919) 220-6514. Drug prescription refill requests are approved during normal business hours when the physician and triage nurse have access to your medical records. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process your refill request.
